A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 working days; mass production time needs 7-10 working days after payment.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 6-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Q5. Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty for our products.
Q6. How do you deal with faulty products?
A: Our defective rate is less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights for small quantities. For batch defects, we will repair them or discuss the best solution.
