1. Robust Pole Design: The high mast lights feature either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole design, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These poles are available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Structural Integrity: The framework is primarily composed of steel. Key components, including the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, are hot-dip galvanized to ensure maximum durability against corrosion.
3. Advanced Lifting System: Incorporates an electric lifting assembly with a motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes. It achieves a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Stabilization System: Features a guide wheel and guide arm to prevent transverse movement during lifting. The lamp plate automatically locks into place via a hook mechanism once it reaches the designated height.
5. Electrical System: Supports between 6 to 24 lamps (400W to 1000W). Options include metal halide, spotlights, or floodlights, managed by a computer time controller for partial or full illumination.
6. Lightning Protection: Equipped with a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top and a 1-meter grounding wire securely welded to the underground foundation bolts for superior safety.
