Made of high-quality q235 steel, it has excellent shaping, welding, and forming capabilities. The welding joints of the light pole are closely processed, with every process undergoing meticulous grinding. Following three rigorous QC inspections, the next phase proceeds only when there is zero solder leakage.
Our batteries utilize high-quality A-grade lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium cells. They are strictly screened and tested to ensure stability. While ternary lithium is suitable for northern climates, lithium iron phosphate is more effective in southern regions due to its superior cycle life (approx. 2000 cycles compared to 500 cycles for ternary).
The lamp shell is made of die-cast aluminum, providing essential heat dissipation and waterproof/dustproof functions. Thicker materials offer stronger protection and better thermal management. We offer both SMD and high-power lamp beads; high-power beads provide slower light decay and a significantly longer lifespan.
